Welcome to Ashtanga Healthcare. By accessing our website, purchasing our apothecary formulations, or scheduling clinical consultation and therapy sessions, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. MEDICAL & CLINICAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
All clinical services, including Nadi Pariksha (Pulse Diagnosis) and clinical therapies (Shirodhara, Abhyanga, Panchakarma Detox), are conducted under the professional supervision of Dr. Vandana Panchal, BAMS, MD (Ayurveda). While Ayurveda is a recognized system of traditional medicine under AYUSH standards, our consultations and treatments are designed to support your overall wellness. They are not intended as a substitute for emergency medical care. Do not stop or alter any active pharmaceutical prescriptions without consulting your primary allopathic physician.
2. APOTHECARY & FORMULATIONS
Our apothecary products are prepared in small batches using clinical-grade herbs. Due to the natural variations in harvest crops, ingredients, color, texture, and aroma may differ slightly between batches. We guarantee the purity, authenticity, and potency of our formulations under GMP standards.
3. CONSULTATION BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Consultations must be scheduled in advance via our online portal or by contacting the clinic directly. All consultation and treatment fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or upon receipt of service, depending on the specific booking type. We accept major credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
4. USER CONDUCT & CLINIC POLICIES
We expect all visitors and patients to respect our staff and facility rules. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel consultations for patients who display abusive behaviour or refuse to comply with necessary clinical procedures.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, logos, branding, graphics, and images, is the intellectual property of Ashtanga Healthcare and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any site content without our prior written consent.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ashtanga Healthcare and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, apothecary products, or therapies, except as required by law.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
