Refund & Cancellation Policy

ASHTANGA HEALTHCARE CENTRE — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: June 17, 2026

Thank you for choosing Ashtanga Healthcare. We strive to provide the highest clinical standards in both our treatment programs and apothecary products. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. CLINICAL CONSULTATIONS & THERAPIES
We value both our practitioners' time and our patients' health.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your consultation or therapy session (such as Shirodhara, Abhyanga, or Panchakarma Detox) up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the slot are non-refundable and will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be fully forfeited.
- Refund Execution: In the event of a timely cancellation, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or issued as a session credit, within 7 business days.

2. APOTHECARY SHOP & FORMULATIONS
Our apothecary is centered around purity and patient-specific formulations.
- Custom Formulations: Formulations custom-prepared in fresh runs for a specific patient's profile are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Standard Formulations: Unopened standard formulations in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at care@ashtangahealthcare.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

3. DISPUTES & INQUIRIES
For any billing disputes or refund requests, please email care@ashtangahealthcare.com with your invoice number and query. All refunds are subject to final approval by the management team.
